I have been using this app for about 8 months or so and I love it .. It helps to keep me connected with my shop

Helpful for managing orders and listings on the go.

I love this app. The functions currently on the app always work for me. The shop update function is easy to use! I would love for all the functions of the website to be included on the app though. For example, itd be really nice to be able to set up custom orders on there, view my shop payment account, access customer emails, etc like I can on my laptop or on Chrome, etc. I have to tell customers that I have to wait until I can get to my computer to do most functions. Id like to be able to process all the orders from my phone or iPad.

This app does NOT work in real time. Its 8:00 am and after forcing reloads to refresh, the app still hasnt added any sales or additions made to stock since yesterday afternoon! Therefore, sold out stock remains for sale and newly listed products are no where to be seen and bought. I dont have time for this, Etsy! One refresh should be sufficient! Two should definitely take care of it. An hour later and countless attempts to update is ludicrous. I wish I could take stars away!

5th update losing yet another star...see last update as Im having the EXACT same problem as I did months ago! Give us an easy way to pay our bill so we dont get our shops taken down! This is my 4th review update. I have a serious love/hate relationship with this app. While I was able to up my star count this time around from 1 to 3, (Ive finally been having some luck using it) I found that when it came time to pay my bill, there was no way to do it through the app. I had accidentally let my bill get overdue and got my notice. Ok no problem. Went to the Etsy Seller app to pay, get greeted by a banner saying "your bill is overdue", again fine. Hit it and nothing happened. Went into my account, my settings, every tab...no way to pay it. Went to the regular non-seller version, again no way to pay. Finally went to the site through my phones browser and for some reason the site didnt come up normally so took another 15 minutes to find the Etsy bill tab! All in all this took 1/2 hr-45 minutes. Inexcusable! The seller app is supposed to help sellers save time. You have no trouble letting us know we owe money but with no easy way to pay it, we risk getting our shops shut down.

I was excited when I learned I could conduct etsy shop business from my phone. That actually was what motivated me to make a shop. But I cant make a listing with my shipping profile, because it has calculated shipping. So I have to use a fixed shipping rate, then go in on the computer and fix it. I find that to be a hassle and the photos for my listings are on my phone as it is quicker than using a camera. I would like the idea of an all in one app, or at least being able to make a shop on the app, but the most important issue is the shipping.

Easy to use. Keep track of viewers and trends. Apps design is easy to use but can do almost everything on the app. Only thing I have to use the desktop version is for creating Coupon codes. Its easy to have conversations, see open orders, complete orders, list and manage listings. I highly recommend this app for creating your online business.

I love being able to manage my store on the go! You can do most things in the app, including list, send updates, posting shipping notifications and more!

Selling on the Etsy app is great for on-the-go, but for cancelling orders its tricky. All system functions should be compatible for both the iPhone and laptop. (I.e. when I cancel an order it will sit in the open orders until its manually deleted from a laptop.)

The Sell on Etsy app is very user friendly and makes it easier to manage my shop at all times!!

Loving app for my store on Etsy. So easy to maneuver, make changes and communicate with my customers. No great need for logging through PC, all functions are within this app.

I love the Etsy Seller App. I have other apps where I sell my products from other sites as well. And this app is the best of them all. I always know whats going on with my shop. And can edit and update my shop on the go as well!!!!

Great app. only problem is you cant put a new listing up as easily as you can the website.
