Sell on Etsy, our app just for sellers, lets you easily manage your business on the go. Respond to customers, see your shop stats, and manage your orders.
Sell on Etsy makes it easy to:
-- Save time with Snippets: Waiting in line at the post office? The Snippets feature lets you quickly respond to customers by saving your most frequent responses.
-- Get the whole picture: Keep tabs on your views, visits, orders, favourites and sales history.
-- Stay notified: “Cha-ching!” Find out when someone purchases an item, sends you a new Convo or favourites your shop or items. (Customise your notifications in Settings).
-- Manage your orders: Access open and completed orders, renew items from sold orders, mark as shipped, add private notes and send shipping notifications so buyers know when items are on the way.
-- Access your listings: Create, edit, renew, and publish listings directly from the app. Use your camera to upload photos and make a listing on-the-spot. Access shop sections and item variations for quick editing. Activate and deactivate items with a tap. Who knew your phone could do all that.

This app makes staying in touch with customers and managing my Etsy shops so easy.
This app is very well designed, and functions beautifully. Im able to quickly respond to customers questions, and view my orders, history, listings, etc. right from my phone or iPad. Listing new items is also a breeze!
Easy to use app. Creating and renewing listings is simple and clear. I use this app frequently to maintain my So-Fine Etsy store and love it! Thanks Etsy for being so awesome :)
Ive found the app has real con in handy for updating, editing and creating listings on the go. I particularly like being able to mark an order as shipped just after I leave the post office...and I can even include their tracking number. A great tool.
I think this app is pretty fantastic
Overall you can access many features etsy online offers but i would like to see adding coupon option on the app like t is available online.
I love using this app; I use it almost exclusively for my Etsy shop. I wish that there were more options on the app as the website has, but other than that its a great tool for monitoring, sales, adding items, and connecting to customers!
Some bad moments
Managing ones store on Etsy would be SO much easier if the capabilities in the iPad app (for BUYING) were extended to the SELLING app too...
This app does NOT work in real time. Its 8:00 am and after forcing reloads to refresh, the app still hasnt added any sales or additions made to stock since yesterday afternoon! Therefore, sold out stock remains for sale and newly listed products are no where to be seen and bought.
I dont have time for this, Etsy! One refresh should be sufficient! Two should definitely take care of it. An hour later and countless attempts to update is ludicrous.
I wish I could take stars away!
5th update losing yet another star...see last update as Im having the EXACT same problem as I did months ago! Give us an easy way to pay our bill so we dont get our shops taken down!
This is my 4th review update. I have a serious love/hate relationship with this app. While I was able to up my star count this time around from 1 to 3, (Ive finally been having some luck using it) I found that when it came time to pay my bill, there was no way to do it through the app. I had accidentally let my bill get overdue and got my notice. Ok no problem. Went to the Etsy Seller app to pay, get greeted by a banner saying "your bill is overdue", again fine. Hit it and nothing happened. Went into my account, my settings, every tab...no way to pay it. Went to the regular non-seller version, again no way to pay. Finally went to the site through my phones browser and for some reason the site didnt come up normally so took another 15 minutes to find the Etsy bill tab! All in all this took 1/2 hr-45 minutes. Inexcusable! The seller app is supposed to help sellers save time. You have no trouble letting us know we owe money but with no easy way to pay it, we risk getting our shops shut down.
Beware when you buy from this company the owner Teresa Kobes is scam artist, ordered a product and never received item or refund now she wont stop harassing me at my place of work and online.
I constantly have to delete this app and re-install it. The notifications will then work for a day or so and then I have to repeat the whole process. Very frustrating.
