Its an easy app to navigate through

I love this app. I get instant notifications for sales, conversations, favorites and more. It helps my business run very efficiently so I dont lose a sale.

Nice set up for those without physical stores. Easy to self promote, provide discounts and rate sellers. Had one glitch during a purchase which etsy handled after many emails. Would have given it a 5 if the customer service rep hadnt blamed me and my cell phone for the glitch.

This app makes it easy to post my listings, upload photos I take with my iPhone, edit listings, remove listings etc. with ease. I get notifications when an item sells with all info about the buyer that I need to contact them and ship. I use the app to send & post to my Twitter and Pinterest accounts. I would like to see an easier interface with Instagram when I upload my postings. I cant beat the convenience of having this app on my iPhone 6. I also use an app called Layout to arrange my photos so you can get three or four pics in one photo all in an attractive set up. I upload to my etsy posting and it gives shoppers even more views of the item! I have not had any issues with the app itself-works great.

I opened my Etsy shop when this app was fairly new, & it has made listing items & all other aspects of managing a shop so easy. I can receive orders & converse with customers wherever I am with this app on my iPhone & iPad. The Sell Now feature enables me to take credit cards through Etsy on in-person sales. I only use my PC for printing receipts & shipping labels.
